Our exclusive training studio allows us to offer group fitness that is monitored and coached for all of our clients with never more than 10 participants. This allows you to get the very best from our specialist trainers.

PRISM BOOT CAMP
Outdoor training with a military style
Boot Camps are a great way of training in the warmer months – Good fun, hard work but tailored to suit everyone’s fitness goals. You’ll become stronger, leaner and fitter, whilst working as part of a team and doing so with your friends. The fantastic open spaces at Broxbourne Sports Club make Boot Camps a fantastic and alternative way to train!
X FIT
A high intensity combination of functional training skills, targeting a huge metabolic boost and calorie burning results. By recording X Fit sessions we are able to set goals, push boundaries and measure results. X Fit will benefit all fitness goals including strength, conditioning and weight loss. A fantastic way to train!
JUNIOR TRAINING PROGRAMMES
We are committed to providing all of our classes to the younger generation. With Junior sessions available after school in term time and then throughout the holidays there is no better way for the juniors to improve their fitness, sport and lifestyle. Please contact us for the junior timetable.
